Initial Appointment

Our first session is about getting to know you — your story, your goals, and what has brought you to therapy. Your therapist will take the time to understand your current circumstances, your past experiences, lifestyle, relationships, and the challenges you're facing.

Together,  we'll explore what you’d like to get out of therapy, and once there’s a shared understanding of the issues at hand, your therapist will offer their insights and therapeutic perspective.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a space just for you — a safe, confidential environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Together, we work gently and collaboratively to understand what’s going on beneath the surface, uncover patterns, and navigate challenges. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, offering support, insight, and practical tools.
